Hi! If I want to use your PANDA and LIONESS tools to analyze private GEO datasets (a particular cancer with different metastatic and non-metastatic phenotypes), how should I build PPI and Motif files?

Hi @liujilei156231 , PPI and motif networks are not context-specific, so you can use generic ones. Let me know if you have any questions. Marouen
