Also updated vignette to introduce the domonster function.

Thanks @laurenhsu1, please base on the devel branch not on master. Also I haven't been maintaining vignettes because Netbooks is more up to date. Can you add those changes as a PR to Netbooks?

yes @marouenbg, so should I not make vignette updates at all here? I'll add a section to the monster vignette on netbooks later today

yes you can keep the update to vignette but I tend to direct users to Netbooks for vignettes in general.
