Change and movement of required rules into the galaxy collection #108

Made decision to rename rules a little.

This is to avoid confusion. To then accomplish this complete these tasks:

  1. Added the files into the galaxy repository
  2. Modified the gitignore rules such as to add enhanced_rules with .keep but ignore anything else underneath and then also added to include required_rules
  3. Updated main task.
