VPN On Demand in iOS #15

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When a iOS device reboots vpn connection is not reinstated and connection rules are not supported.

Describe the solution you'd like Support VPN On Demand for apple devices following there documentation.

I used to love NetBird, but losing connection so often is a huge problem that's keeping me from liking and using NetBird. When I was testing your app this summer on vacation, I would have to restart the tunnel 3-5 times per day, with no guarantee that it would stay on. This may be an annoyance to me, but it will be a huge barrier to enterprise adoption against feature-packed competitors that have had this very simple always-on for years.

From my limited technical knowledge, this looks like it only requires a few lines of code. I want to like and use your product, but I can't see myself using it until this situation changes. This would be a great practical improvement that would make your product so much better.

+1. This would be very helpful when I need to enable Netbird only when I'm outside my home LAN. Thank you!
