Allow event streaming to self hosted S3 compatible storage #2392

Currently only Amazon S3 storage is allowed. However, self hosted solutions like min.io or rook-ceph are a great way for S3 Storage. Kindly allow alternative URL for S3 compatible storage and not just the Amazon one
