Network Error #869

Getting "Network Error" on webui page. I can login, but this is displayed.

I had a working self hosted install with basic Azure. But I wanted to start over and followed the complete Azure instructions recently released.

Also seeing this error in management docker container:

Here's the full error with real code removed:
