Android app: allow excluding apps #910

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I have the VPN activated, I am not able to use Android Auto, because it doesn't like VPNs. This problem also exists with wireguard itself, but that app can "exclude" other apps from tunneling.

Describe the solution you'd like A way to select apps that should be excluded from tunneling, like "ExcludedApplications" in the wireguard app.

@ymarkus We figured out a temporary solution. We add some Google related program to the exclude list. This modification will be available on the next release.
