Aws eks kubeconfig, test client and snapshot id logging fixes #42

Description

Not fix but misc changes to :

[ ] add token to aws generate kubeconfig
[ ] add DeleteAllClustersInRegion method to test client
[ ] add base64 encoded token to test client
[ ] add snapshot id log

Fixes # (issue)

Please delete options that are not relevant.

[ ] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

Easier access to clusters using spawner
