procTrans2 crashes several data sets #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Supply vadcp data collected in Sanggau on 2014/02/20, 18/04/14 or 18/06/14 
to procTrans2. The script does not crash for the data set from 11/12/13.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Error in procTrans2 (line 600)
        msh(ct).p.Sig=repmat([SLmin(msh(ct).p.fgood)';... % Store patch edges Sigma coordinates

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Note that for the measurement collected in February is subject a GPS glitch.
