Feature Request: Turn on FTP while charging #103

I would kindly ask for SwiFTP to implement a always-on service with the only 
purpose to turn on and off FTP service when certain requisites are met - mainly 
if charging. This would allow users who dock their phones to enjoy FTP access 
to the sdcard without having to manually turn it on or off.

I use this app for "automatic" backup and this feature would make them purely 
automatic.

No service is needed in my opinion. There a lot of tasker like applications 
already. (I use Llama).

What is need is a way to start SwiFTP server from the command prompt. This 
could be an option or a separate app shortcut.
