Can't connect to server. Connection Attempt timed out

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please include as much detail as

1. Enter Wifi URL into FileZilla or Mozilla
2. Watch while the computer/client tries to connect

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
Should see it connected. Global proxy works fine.

What version of SwiFTP are you using?
1.24

What operating system are you using?
Windows 7

Which FTP client are you using?
FileZilla

Which Android device and version do you have (Nexus, Droid, Hero, G1,
etc.)? Samsung Vibrant Galaxy S; Android 2.1 Eclair

Problem has been fixed. Needed to restart the phone. One of the Android 
applications (Advanced Task Manager), must have killed one of the required 
services.
