没有任何提示的情况下闪退 #792

错误描述

长时间使用或者是观看YouTube的时候最为频繁，突然闪退，win10以及兼容模式里面的其他版本都试过了，还是不行

复现步骤

1 打开netch 2 闪退

Netch版本：1.9.1（从1.8x版本开始使用，每个版本都有这个问题）
服务器：V2RAY

We do not accept feedback from older versions, please use 1.9.2 or 1.9.3

使用 netch 1.9.7 也遇到类似问题，netch 自己的日志中没有报错。我蹲点 Windows日志查看器（eventvwr.msc）试图找到 wintun 及 netch 的其他组件的日志，但即使在 netch 程序崩溃之后立刻查找日志摘要中所有最近一小时发生的事件，仍然没有找到。我还尝试了 Google 搜索 where is "wintun" log，但没有找到对用户有价值的网页。

Update: 对控制台窗口录像，观察到崩溃前一瞬有如下（如图）的输出

1.9.7进入设置->WinTUN->使用自定义DNS✔，问题解决。不行的话我也不知道，最近出现的
