开始代理后点结束会直接让程序退出 #794

错误描述

如题

复现步骤

1打开软件 2选择规则bypass lan 3启动 4结束 之后闪退

操作环境

1.9.2（实测1.9.3也有这个问题

奇怪的是这个bug好像只在初次使用的一段时间之内出现，今天我想复现它它却没法复现了

之前不能复现今天又可以了，奇怪的bug

看视频跑着跑着netch退出了 不知道是不是一样的原因 一直可复现

版本：1.9.3 模式： bypass lan and china 协议： vmess

同样的问题，点启动之后大概4-5秒程序直接没了 Windows 10 系统
