Validate if Vendors can support owner-validation service #5

Current strategy requires that Vendors setup some owner-validation service, whereby it can be validated that a NMS is the rightful owner of a unique-identifier (serial number).

Some push-back on this regarding if Vendors can or are willing to do this. Must be validated...

Discussed during virtual interim meeting on Dec 15. Request is for members to ask their constituent companies if they're able to support an owner-verification service. Email with request to be sent to list.
