Filtering Improvements #115

I am using this to make a list of features we'd like to have, one day, assuming more funding to expand on this.

Note, these are for the "basic" filter. I'd also like to see some kind of wizard-based exploration of data.

[ ] Have the option to hide (current mode) or "remove" so that the network recreates itself
[ ] Allow dimming instead of total hiding
[ ] Get filtering to work with degrees
[ ] Smarter date handling (and maybe a slider one day)
[ ] Update the tables in addition to the graph?
[ ] Make filters not case sensitive or an option
