Use orange border to highlight selected node? #153

Orange will pop more and is more different from default node colors.

Maybe this would be better in the template and then in the future, it can be something editable via some kind of settings panel. A default could be orange, but that way if folks use orange as a major node type color it won't overlap? All in a future grant, of course.

Implemented in dev-jd/filter since that's what I was working on. Looks good. Would be nice to move to template eventually, though.
