Update _default.template.toml to match current template-schema.js #291

Default template changes.

  1. Default values should be changed in template-schema.js
  2. After changes are approved, need to run ncRegenerateDefaultTemplate() in the browser console to generate the new default template.
  3. The new default template should be committed and pushed to this branch.

Merge this only after all default values are approved.
