[Bug]: Won't upgrade past 1.44.1 on Ubuntu #1015

Bug description

I get a warning in the console saying my Ubuntu machine is using an old version of the client - 1.44.1, but when I try to update it at the command line it says that 1.44.1 is the latest version.

Expected behavior

It should update to the actual latest version.

please check our page on Netdata Agent Versions & Platforms, for the Binary Distribution Packages we have on OpenSUSE Leap 15.4, Leap 15.5, Tumbleweed.

if you need a more recent version the recommendation is to use our static builds on openSUSE.
