[Bug]: Can No Longer Add a Title to Charts Using the Netdata Dashboard

Bug description

In the past the charts that I deployed on the Netdata Dashboards allowed the user to name the chart. See below:

The label/title of the chart can no longer be edited with this older chart. As for the newer charts, updated last year, these also do not allow me to add a label/title to the chart.

This is incredibly painful because I have no idea which chart represents which machine in my build cluster. Unless I use those horrible 'Add Text' options.

Can we please bring the title back. SOme of the charts I need make no sense when I add all the nodes to the cart. My team also likes bunching up similar metrics together so we can compare our agents performance base on each data type to identify issues at a glance.

Note: I am aware of the Add Text option. But that's a huge waste of space. A feature request I'll make if it does not exist already to have it changed.

Expected behavior

I should be able to left click the three dots of the respective chart.

Then click a name chart option.

Then type in a title.

Steps to reproduce

Add a Chart (Any chart)
Attempt to create a title or rename the title of the chart.

You will fail at step 2. ...
