add support for other negations as "no" #72

I am using a bunch of comware 5/comware 7 switches where negation is "undo" instead of "no". This PR adds a configuration parameter to change the negation prefix

@empi89 -- Can you extend the integration tests to verify that negation will work properly?

Could you please check if test is as you would expect it to be?
