IsADirectoryError: [Errno 21] Is a directory: '/EmotiVoice/outputs/style_encoder/ckpt/checkpoint_163431' image

checkpoint_163431 is a file, not a folder. If you download from gg drive, maybe you need delete .zip in file, not extract
