Fix #803.

A bunch of fixes for Junos SRX/MX against 0.19.1. Hence this patch is against the master branch, not develop.

Fixes include:

Correct recognition of hostname for SRX
BGP, MAC, interface and VLAN parsing fixes
testparsing*.py updates to account for these changes and a few more to account for valid Junos scenarios
