With PR #811 we moved the device data initialization after node discovery. However, this broke the nodes that uses REST as the device data initialization was never done. This PR introduced two changes:
Create just one aiohttp session for each node
Introduce in the init_rest() function the device data initialization. If this is not successful, then the device cannot be polled until the device data has been correctly retrieved.
