Macro to reload #290

Hello, Since reloading need a confirmation from the user, wouldn't it be easier to create a macro allowing to reload just by the use of it ? I know how you can use a workaround as explain in this comment : https://github.com/netfishers-onl/Netshot/issues/265#issuecomment-1646782899 but I never managed to make it work from my side. Ignore this, i'm just a beginner with regex and did several mistakes, finally managed to make it work, An explanation on this point for scripts in the wiki would be awesome though.
