Fix create tags on content edit #152

Fix 2 errors : When I add new tags during content editing :

remote_id can't be null (sorry I duplicate in ugly way md5 generation)
Typed property must not be accessed before initialization id

Hello @plesigne , I've fixed this in https://github.com/netgen/TagsBundle/commit/e77ea84614c4ee0f9bdf299ef442c00866fe7cb2 .

I will release 5.0.4 with the fix soon.
