Update README.md #4

because in composer.json the required Symfony version is greater than 3, the README.md file should use bin/console, no app/console.

@gabiudrescu Actually, the console in this case is still in app folder, since eZ is still keeping it there.

Officially, eZ is still using Symfony 2.x structure, and this repo does not change that.
