PHP8 Support cli and www #12

Hello Netgen,

I have some changes that brought ezpublish script and cronjob part boot and run bugs found when testing this branch. These changes allow ezpublish to boot and run with much less deprecation warnings in ezdebug and error.log

Apologies in advanced for our slow response to your branch's php8 support. Solving kernel errors is hard work and much harder than it seems.

Would it be possible to also provide the patch for the issue you created (https://github.com/netgen/ezpublish-legacy/issues/11) since I don't have capacity to tackle that one myself?
