Currently, the VNF uses two different messages to export the Config ID (not sure that this is the name actually used) and the REST endpoint.

The two information should be exported in a single message, on the topic (vnf_hello). This message should be published periodically, so that newer modules that subscribe to the bus can discover that NF.
