database updating #4

There are no API to create or updating the user on the database it should be done manually by SQL and it is not described on the README.

Ivano, shouldn't this be possible through the GUI?

No, that part of the GUI does not work. Currently, we have a script in each repository that, given username and pwd, adds the new user in the database.
