Update readme #4

The readme has wrong unused requirements to install (various C libraries). It also specifies to use ubuntu 14.04, but it should be python and it should be compatible with the latest version of ubuntu.

In addition, in various places it talks about "virtualizer", which is no longer used.

I have updated the README file, deleting the unused library and the specification on ubuntu version, because the code is compatible with the latest version of ubuntu in commit 53217c91637f5bd37f07b2eb170fd09a509f9dbe on branch new-api.

I also deleted the virtualizer word by replacing it with mdo2frog4 in README.md.
