Ansible script to setup the UN

Base the script on what already done for the elastic router in https://github.com/netgroup-polito/un-orchestrator/tree/elastic-router/use-cases/elastic_router/deployment_scripts

Actually ansible is the correct technology. I still have to implement two TODOs https://github.com/netgroup-polito/un-orchestrator/blob/master/utils/deploy.yml#L8-L9

Still to:

• install the docker engine, if needed
• enable the export resources on the un-orch if dd is enabled

• Change the option to enable DD in the option to enable the export of resources. This option should then compile the un-orchestrator with both the support to DD and to the export of resources.
• Add the possibility to deploy the GUI

Due to the last changes in the compilation system, the ansible script is broken.

There is another issue reporting that the script does not work https://github.com/netgroup-polito/un-orchestrator/issues/127

So I close this..
