Support trusted interfaces #89

The source mac address of a packet exiting from such an interface, must be rewritten to a specific value.

Done in branch https://github.com/netgroup-polito/un-orchestrator/tree/trusted_vnf_interface . It just need some more deep test, then it can be ported in the master.
