I got screen freezes as well, not just in bg's. Random 2-second freezes.

i got freezes too at the beginning of a bg ~1-1,5 min. afterwards everything is fine. I thought it might be caused by addons. had the same experience on other private tbc servers
EDIT: so after playing some bg's, i noticed that my screen freezes each time a (friendly) player leaves/joins the battleground. dont know if it might be have something to do with synchronyzing addons.
EDIT nr. 2: happened when ppl left/joined my group for instances

Nothing to do with addons, some kind of wrong behavior of package recieving that the client cannot handle.

It mostly happens when you pvp, try lowering your distance view, should help. It's probably client-side issue, don't think they can fix it.

Happened to me more than 10 times in ~30 minutes AV. Most of them happened near an enemy graveyard. I wasn't using any addons, so for sure addons have nothing to do with it.

its probably problem of the wow emulator... this is happening on almost all private servers i have ever played on(even the godlike WoWEmu), lowering view distance solves it -.- (maybe loading into ram? idk) If there is a possibility to load whole map when you enter some new zone it should fix it (like in other fps games ->csgo for example)...

They tend to happen in instanced areas. Lowering view distance seems to lower the chance of incidence. I think everyone's acquainted with them by now.
