The upper happened in Zangarmarshes in umbrafen village, the feartotem from the mobs there feared me and i fell through the floor to my death, could not recover body due to it being far far below.

After about ~15-20 totems i can say that i have not been able to reproduce this. The totems fear periodically, and i experienced diminishing returns on the fear, as expected. The character runs at higher than normal speed away from the totem, but seems to collide properly with the world. I tried being at the exact same spot as shown in the image but nothing happened. The closest thing that happened to weird clipping was me running through the ramp leading to the big hut in that village. I tried reproducing it but ended up hitting the ramp over and over again. During this time i also feared mobs, they also seemed reluctant to fall through the world. Overall, was not able to reproduce it but it might do with some extra testing.

Note: witchdoctors are the ones with the totems.

I got feared by the Uvuros (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=21102/uvuros). And I dropped through the floor when I casted Will of the forsaken to get rid of fear. After short period of time I appeared near spirit healer. :)
