Drowning at sea in Burning Crusade zones such as Eversong Woods, Ghostlands, Azuremyst isle etc causes your ghost to spawn directly on your corpse instead of at the spirit healer.
Quote from Wowwiki under "Death": If the player decides to release their spirit from the corpse, they will turn into a spirit form (a ghost or, in the case of night elves, a wisp), and the spirit form spawns at the nearest graveyard.

That's becouse grayveyard positions are not fixed for those zones. Since developers are focusing on Outland content that's likely to be pushed for late fix.
