Same thing, it's not applying the NG cast reduction buff consistently to the next cast unless you use a stopcast macro after the crit or move your character. This sometimes incurs a "spell is not ready" error and even after recasting the NG reduction does not appear. This issue is significant because it does not make chaincasting Starfire in a Starfire-heavy rotation effective.

It seems that when casting starfire the Nature's Grace Buff appears on finish of the spellcast not spellhit and only affects the cast when the animation is done before you start the next cast. Furthermore the Buff disappears regardless of it actually affecting a cast on the next hit of starfire or wrath. Additionally the same thing is true for using regrowth with nature's grace. If you spam heal to fast, the buff is consumed without speeding up any cast.

Seems to be linked to #2521 combat log in a "successful starfire"(2.5s cast) after a crit 4 combat log when i got a 3s starfire after a crit
notice how the start of the second spellcast is registered before the effects of the first spellcast

As mentioned on issue #594 , after landing a critical Starfire, Nature's Grace does not apply on next Starfire. (this footage below shows that it does not affect next Starfire cast at all, but it does sometimes/rarely doing this in a long run) https://vid.me/QEE5 Testing it differently - casting wrath and Starfire, repeatedly. Here it works perfectly, since Wrath's critical spell is "revealed" before it lands and on casts end, Nature's Grace works as intended on next spell cast which is Starfire. https://vid.me/UDqO
It appears that Starfire's critical spell which procs Nature's Grace, doesn't always apply to next spell cast.
