[Instance][Very Very Minor] Can cast /summon qiraji black battle tank in dungeon but wont actually summon #2082

So yeah, as seen on the SS, i can cast the mount, it wont show up though, so just becomes a failed cast, should bring the error before starting the cast though

its really minor since its not likely someone will get the mount and if they do, the mount wont really spawn so yeah..

also, can be cast while flying, it will summon the mount in this case and replace the flying mount, making you fall

pretty sure this is working blizzlike and not as intended... if anyone cares to test the mount should also be castable in combat and if combat ends before cast is over you mount up... making it the only mount thats an actual pvp upgrade
