Normally when something is marked as a bug and closed then it was fixed. I guess there's always the chance something went wrong or it got broken again though. Would you be able to test it? I would but I'm just a mere druid that avoids all the heroic invitations!

Would like to touch back on this since submitting it, as Vindication stated, it's pretty crucial for ret PvE. Even with it there are fights where it's very possible to go OOM, and even on retail I often would go OOM, but the extra judgement of wisdom procs from Vindication would still go a long way.
(Also in retail Void Reaver was susceptible to Vindication for a while but Blizzard patched it after a bit.)

Also if it was fixed, sorry for the spam. ^^ Good work Shiro&Nim&Team keep it up and keep grinding out those bugs!

On retail TBC all raiding ret paladins would spec 1/3 into vindication because although most bosses were immune, the immune "hit" of vindication (where the text immune would pop up) would proc Judgement of Wisdom mana restoration chance on hit.
it would be treated as an attack, this would mean any abilities and items which are based on attacks such as Seal of Command, Seal of Righteousness, Hand of Justice and Romulo's Poison Vial should also proc off vindication which are controlled by the 0.5 second internal cd which each of these possess to ensure they dont proc off white swings which are causing vindication to occur and in turn may proc these effects as a of the swing.
