Totem of Wrath don't work correctly. We get 3% of crit but no additional hit. It should be 3% to hit with spells too.

the hit granted by the totem doesnt show up on the char panel (while the additional crit do show up) but i run some fast tests and it seems to work as intended

200 LB on a ?? target with 9%hit from talents + ToW ---> 3% resist (prob got lucky, tried another 100 got same results :|) 200 LB on a ?? target with 9%hit from talents ---> 8% resist

might be a graphic bug only?
