[x] Deathstalker Adamant has no dialog option to have him open the upper door. Currently no additional progress can be made in SFK.

Fenrus ain't triggering the voidwalkers spawn and the next scripts.

Both issues are fixed now.

[ ] All the Haunted Servants near Razorclaw the Butcher are stuck in position and evade.
[ ] The entrance to Razorclaw the Butcher seems to be impassable for pets.
[ ] After killing Fenris when Arugal spawns he his facing backwards, doesn't emote and after the cast wonders about randomly.
[ ] Arugal's Voidwalkers spawn, move to the center of the room and then if left will seemingly patrol away down the stairs, see: https://github.com/cmangos/issues/issues/1204
[ ] After killing Wolf Master Nandos the door to Arugal's room remains shut, preventing completion of SFK.

Here are some pretty nice research videos of a run of SFK from TBC (during the pre-WotLK event, as you can see Sever is present in the video):

From these videos I can add the following:

[ ] Deathstalker Adamant doesn't do the /cheer emote and speak immediately when the dialog option to open the door is selected. (His speech only appears as he begins walking to the door).
