Create VoIP trunks using pjsip instead of chan_sip #6002

Voip trunks created from wizard uses chan_sip. Change it to pjsip.

Testing feedback:

  1. The table providers remains inside the asterisk database, if it isn't necessary, could it be removed?

  2. API Requests

    • DELETE /trunks/{trunkid} OK
    • PATCH /trunk/secret ERR ( this doesn't exist anymore, i suggest to hide the password change button from the UI )

    • PATCH /trunks/{trunkid}

      • This works only for pjsip trunks but in the UI the sip trunks too are shown ( remember to add the Modify button only for pjsip trunks )
      • OK for pjsip trunks
