Lack of a button that directs to Nethvoice Report #6004

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

Inside the historical and also in the Qmanager sector a button will be inserted that will connect to the relative Report page (at this
url: "https:///pbx-report/#/queue") however, only if the users have active at least one of the CDR services in the case of the history section, or they must have Qmanager permissions in the case of the Qmanager section.
