Incoming call with "<unknown>" name on call management box #6015

Steps to reproduce

make an incoming call
if the caller name is <unknown> the call management box shows the string <unknown>

Expected behavior

If the caller name is <unknown> the box has to show the caller number

Actual behavior

The call management box shows the string <unknown>. Having the caller number is better.
