During the call try to click the transfer button inside the footerbar down the page
Now try to go to the address book and position yourself on any contact above the indication of the landline / mobile phone
You will see that in the case of a mobile phone a popup will appear which by clicking on it will be possible to transfer the call to the chosen contact, while in the case of a landline phone nothing will happen
Expected behavior
Both in the case of a physical phone and in the case of a mobile phone you will have to see the popup that will be used to transfer the call to the chosen contact.
