Some packages aren't correctly removed with NethVoice

Not all NethVoice packages are removed when it is unistalled from server manager, therefore the license still signal it as active

Steps to reproduce

• Remove NethVoice license from NOC

Expected behavior

• all packaged should be removed

Actual behavior

some packages aren't remoed

• nethvoice-wizard-ui
• nethvoice-wizard-restapi
• nethvoice-module-nethvplan
