2 years ago - Bug: searches are saved with wrong names so the saved filters can't be retrieved
- Add Load > Transferred column and data in Data > By Agent > By Agent
- Add the agents involved in call transfer in a new column in Data > By Call > By Call
- Copy the Calls Done By Agent table from Data > Summary to Data > By Agent section
- Add Duration > Total Duration column to the table Calls Done By Agent
- Manage selected agents based on selected queues
- Add Effective Total Duration to Summary in the Calls and Costs Report
