NethVoice: DND code doesn't update telephone status

If DND code (ON and OFF) is used from an extension to enable or disable DND, DND status is not updated in another telephone link to my user.

Steps to reproduce

• use a user with a physical phone provisioned by Tancredi and a webRTC client (or another physical phone)
• from webRTC client (or another physical phone) use DND code

Expected behavior

• DND status on a physical phone provisioned by Tancredi must be updated

Actual behavior

• DND status on a physical phone provisioned by Tancredi is not updated
