Recall on busy doesn't recognize extensions state

If called user has more than one extension, when an extension change state (maybe because is disconnected and reconnected, likely if it is the app, the state is changed to NOT_INUSE even if there's still an extension in conversation. this triggers the recall even if the user is still in a conversation

Steps to reproduce

• add the app to the user
• keep the app closed
• make a call with its other extension
• book the recall with another user
• open the app

Expected behavior

• recall shouldn't start until the user 1 hangup the call

Actual behavior

• recall start immediately even if user 1 is still in conversation
