cdr table is locked during the queue report miner script

cdr table is locked during the miner script (one of the scripts that are executed every night to populate the report tables). The issue is in the subquery that takes all the agents involved in a call. When this subquery is executed, Asterisk can't write to cdr, output a lot of errors and sometimes this lead to a lock

Steps to reproduce

• launch miner /opt/nethvoice-report/scripts/queue-miner.php
• during the mining, make a call
• when the call end, a lot of errors are showed in asterisk console and log
