in cdr table, there could be more rows for each call and billsec, for example if the call has been transfered or if it rings in a queue ... The report should show the bigger billsec and duration values, but at the moment there isn't a logic to choose billsec from one of the rows and it could be correct or could be one of the calls that don't have ANSWERED as disposition
Steps to reproduce
send a call to queue that make more agents ring
answer with one agent
sometime, billsec and duration shown in the report are zero even if the call has been answered
Expected behavior
billsec and duration should show the billsec and duration of the answered call
Actual behavior
sometimes they are zero because are taken from a row different from the row of the answered call
